Hows your protein intake?? I just upped my calories to 1700 and eat alot of protein, egg whites, lean chicken, fish, and turkey. I also take a fat burner to help burn off the calories. I don't eat 1700 cals a day but the more you eat the more you lose

I have trouble in my legs too so my trainer said alot of cardio since its extra fat. plus all the reg legs stuff. leg press , and if you have a med ball lay on the floor with feet on the large ball and do a bridge moving the ball back and worth with your legs!! It really works

I think the best thing to do is relax and really enjoy the energy. Zumba is about moving in any way you can. no one looks like the dvds . For me its a stress reliever , my friends and i like to goof off during the class and really let yourself be free

Its been that way for me since i started this plan! I dont know why i'm not losing, I was eating 1200-1400 a day and working out but then i went down in cals to 1000, I still don't eat that much. I tried eating more to lose but that didnt work so now im trying less!

I do zumba twice a week at the gym and it totally works! I toned up fast and its helping me lose belly fat! I havent been doing it as much, just started JM ripped in 30 days

I was looking at the lipo6 women and havent known anyone that has used it, i'm taking meltdown right now... i just got a sample pack and took one pill a day , they say u should take 3 pills aday. It gives u alot of energy without jitters and you can;t stop moving!
