Hello everyone... im to the website, i have been using the app for my ph for about three weeks and have been doing good with calories but not losing any weight! I have two small children and have no energy so im doing this for all of us! We eat pretty healthy with lost of veggies and fruits, only whole wheat breads. My husband is on a diet due to his health so we are all doing this together! He's not losing weight either and he goes walking everyday, three times a day! And advice ??
