I only ate their salads & still gained almost 30 lbs in 3 months. I was a lil stressed out & depressed too... prolly bc I could only eat salads all day. I've heard they're offering less fatty meats & cheeses but good luck!

Lol! You are what u eat. Soooo it sounds like for green smoothies it may be a good idea to grind them so you don't get a weird consistency? But they don't have to be ground for absorption purposes? Yes? No? Maybe so?

Thanks for the info! I'm just getting to used to the nuances of flaxseed & juicing in general. I've been surprised by how not awful my green smoothies are and I'm ready to tackle the ch-ch-chia!

I almost bought some today but gosh they're pricey. Are they really soft enough to eat in salads?

I can't obsess over what the scale says and lose sight of the other victories like inches lost & dress size shrinking. I can now look in the mirror and not even see any stretch marks!

I'm so happy to have found Insanity because it's been the kick in the butt my metabolism needed. There's no way I would work this hard on my own at…

I almost blew out my already injured knee on "In & Out Abs" from wearing running shoes. I realized the thick, stabilizing soles aren't flexible enough. Also they were causing me to pound my feet down on the ground. New light, flexible shoes saved me from having to quit.
