  • I never found the altimeter accurate on my One so I don't miss it... I am really liking the Flex so far! It's so much better for sleep tracking... I'm not going to miss sliding my One in that awkward velcro wristband at night. I was also constantly leaving my One clipped to clothing and then frantically running around to…
  • Northeast Wisconsin here! :)
  • I like to have it with some pepper on it... but growing up my mom would always eat it with tuna!
  • My 7 year old enjoys the game - it is pretty age appropriate, the only downside is that the characters are quite pricey!
  • Thanks so much for all the great feedback everyone!
  • No crushes here, but I will admit to admiring some peoples' profile pictures! There are some good looking people on MFP. ;)
  • I'm in! I bought it a few weeks ago but haven't gotten up the nerve to try it yet... this is the perfect thing to get me started!
  • Shopko has had sales on their Adidas/Nike/Energy Zone stuff recently - I love Adidas blitz shorts and their perfect rib tanks! I like the Champion shiny seamless sports bras but they're kinda pricey... I tend to find them cheaper online.
  • Great job! I'm struggling on week two... I started walking with only 20 seconds left on my last run. But I'll get there, I'm determined! We can do this!
  • That's fantastic, congrats! I wish you would have blogged about it so I could read through your 90 second struggles... that's where I'm at right now!
  • I have one boy, I would love to have another (preferably another little boy) but would like to be better off financially before we head down that road. My son loves to be in every extra curricular activity available and some of them aren't cheap! My honey is happy with one so I have a feeling that's what we're sticking…
  • I have been running between 5:30-6:00 in the morning... it seems to work out better for me compared to running later in the day. I wake up, suit up (haha), grab a few sips of water and off I go!
  • I am doing the Packer 5K as well! I signed up with co-workers and we're just doing the walking wave, but this is what prompted me to start the C25K and I'm so glad I did! I am only on week 2 but am really motivated! You're going to rock the Packer 5K!
  • Just finished W2D1 this morning, it was a success! I have already improved so much compared to how rough it was for me when I started. I have a long way to go but I like the way this program is paced... I definitely want to keep going!

  • I'm just getting started (I did four days of W1 and am starting W2 tomorrow) but I've been using the Chubby Jones podcasts as well and am enjoying them. Free on itunes, can't go wrong! Plus, I posted that I was using them on twitter and she actually tweeted me about it, so it was nice to get some personal encouragement!
  • I officially started today and appreciate the tips! I wouldn't have given a thought to asphalt vs. concrete... I'm new to running. I have a pedometer on my ipod nano and downloaded the Chubby Jones C25K podcasts. I had a VERY hard time today but am going to stick with it!
  • I started today and had a hard time... I thought my pace was a slow jog, I breathed in through my nose and out my mouth and was still running out of breath. Not sure if I need to slow my pace even more or if I'm just THAT out of shape. I'm going to stick with it though!
