Just wanted to say, I hunted Morrisons out & bought the strictly keep fit one & the 5-20 minute one & love them both, thanks for the tip ;)

sadly been on my own most of the day & I dont do that too well ( needy girl lol) but I did have a proper pamper....long bath, manicure, pedicure the works... I'm all ready for a new week ;)
