    You look great. I can relate to a lot of what you are saying. I also hope you quit smoking along the way. That one is tough but if you think losing the weight made you feel better, giving up the cigs is like being reborn.

    Awesome job. Very well said. I know that feeling all too well about the people that come ask for the "secret" behind what I'm doing as well. When I tell them it's not rocket science... it's just choosing to live again. Choosing to eat right and excersize. It's amazing how many of them get that look on their face like I'm lying to them, or the disappointment that I didn't tell them it was some miracle pill or something. I too understand the frustration with those that insist they want your advice and then do nothing. My wife tells me that it's easier for me because I'm a man... I don't care... I still had to put in the work as well. Still got a ways to go. Thanks for sharing...
