I stopped having my period when I lost a lot of weight, the doctors thought it was that but after a scan it turns out I had PCOS so it could be anything!

I'm cooking for myself, and I'm not worried in the sense that I know I can cook healthy meals. It's just snacking I'm worried about, and emotional eating cause I'll be missing home, and stressed oh and alcohol calories!

Ha! It's just the past few months have been really stressful, had my a levels (which I need to have done well in to go to uni!) my ex is now seeing one of my friends despite me not being over him plus all my friends are like tall thin and gorgeous! I think I just need a change of game plan

I might do that :/ It's just I'm finding it really hard to be happy with myself at the moment, and I thought if I'd lose weight I would be and I'm not... I still want to lose weight I don't know if I should just try maintain my weight for a month or so until I feel a bit more stable and then try again?
