well as lame as it sounds the victorias secret fashion show made me start my journey. i just remember watching it and be like damn by the end of the year, i will look like that. still have quite a ways to go though!

1200 is really working for me however i can't wait until i hit goal and can start eating more to maintain. It's not always that i'm hungry its just very hard to only eat 1200 cals a day, you don't realize how many calories are in meals such as dinners and such (even very healthy ones!)

one or two scoops of chocolate whey 5 ice cube 1 and a half cups of unsweetened original almond milk 1 banana 1 tablespoon of peanut butter put in blender and then drink as a shake, it's SO GOOD or mix with plain greek yogurt and fruit!

You can try almond or skim milk. However I've gotten myself drinking black now, after you get used to it it's not bad at all!

well i started my weight loss journey at about 155 and was a 34dd (almost spilling out of the cups) but i am down to 136 and still wearing a 34dd but i feel the cups getting big! i think it's time for a d!

nope i stay off the scale during that time of the month, so disappointing to see the number go up so much.

yes, at around 8 or 9 i'll have some sort of snack/dessert such as unsweetened apple sauce with truvia and cinnamon, plain greek yogurt with a spoonful of chocolate whey protein, 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chocolate chips, nuts, veggies and hummus, all sorts of things!

not sure if it's a tip but every time i'm craving some high cal not so great foods i think "this month's diet is next month's body"

reesces, beer, butter. See if you can find an alternative for butter i personally like can't believe it's not butter, and stay away from things like reesces and beer! Leave those as a treat to have maybe once a week :) good luck!

binging is the worst, i've battled it since i was a freshman in high school but lately i've really gotten it under control. Willpower helps a lot but I find that if i pre log my calories not necessarily the night before but say that morning or when i'm not home during the day it really helps. Chewing gum can also work as…

I love my planet fitness but as others have said each one is different. However I have been to four different planet fitness' and have liked them all! My only complaint is that they don't have classes!

aw :( that's terrible i'm so sorry. but just forget about it and move on tomorrow's a new day and one bad day won't throw you to far off, and remember that in two months your boyfriend will come home and see how fantastic you look! (although i'm sure you already do!)
