If I'm eating something "unhealthy" even if it is a small portion and I've been sticking to the plan for weeks I feel people are thinking to themselves "There's that fat girl eating AGAIN"
and if I'm eating something healthy, I feel people are thinking to themselves "Yeah and it's about time. Why don't you get on the treadmill once in a while too?"0 -
I'm actually doing most things now that I'll be able to do when I reach goal...I'll just be able to do them better and look better doing them. I can't wait to go to the pool or whatever and not wear a t-shirt while I'm swimming. I've dropped 25 Lbs so far (10 before finding MFP and 15 while on MFP)...just those 25 Lbs makes a huge difference for me. 15 more and I should be golden for a 40Lb total loss.0

So many things...Walk for long distances without getting being in pain,getting off the couch without doing the fat scoot, buying clothes in regular sizes and plus sizes....just going shopping with sister and sharing clothes with her0

Plus wear shorts or cute dresses when it's 90 plus degrees out instead of hiding and sweating in jeans. Not hide in a towel or cover up when wearing a swimsuit!0 -

Aerials class - both the ribbons and dancing!
Lie on the couch with my honey
Kneeling on the extra cushion on our boat without having it collapse
Fitting between the mast and the shrouds of our boat with a life jacket on
I may even ask him to just plain sweep me off my feet!0 -
Glad I'm not the only one who worries what people think when they eat in public! I want to be able to go out, anywhere, and feel like a normal person :-)0

1) Be able to go into Victoria's Secret and buy something instead of just looking longingly inside from the other side of the mall.
2) Not having to stress about fitting into airplane seats, stadium seats, roller coasters, go kart cars, etc....
3) Have a towel wrap around me and actually cover me instead of having a huge gap in the back or front.
4) GO ROCK CLIMBING and be able to fit in the harness.
5) But most importantly, look in the mirror and be proud of what I accomplished!0 -

I know this one sounds a little weird- but I LOVE going to shows/concerts and I hate that I'm not light enough to be able to get on my boyfriends shoulders so I can crowdsurf. I hate not being light enough and it really sucks. So, that is one of my tiny motivators. It takes the fun out of something I love to do.0
