I will finally be able to defeat Apollo Creed.
If he dies, he dies.0 -
Post my before and after pics here and help others with their journey :drinker:0

1. Buy clothes from inexpensive stores.
2. Eat more.0 -
beat PCOS and be able to have children
buy a mossy oak camo bikini
beat my husband at being a ninja : )0 -
Wear a bikini and one sports bra.
How many sports bras do you usually wear?
Enough to hold things still - y'all may think the bouncing is sexy, but it ain't comfy.
As for looking good naked, my man already likes that and I'm not really the type to show anyone else; at least not in the US.0 -
Touch my toes.
Run a marathon
Fit in my 32's0 -
Not rush to change tops in the gym locker room so no one gets a view of my mushy belly. In fact, workout in a sports bra without a top over it! I've done it before, but it's been about 15 years.0

I want to be able to just buy something on the rack without trying it on, or worrying about whether or not my spanx will show...
To strut and know that they are looking at me because I'm a hot, healthy lady glowing with happiness rather then a 300 pound jiggleball.
To go hiking and biking and all the outdoorsy things without being embarrassingly out of shape.
To be able to play on the playground with my baby brother
Look good and feel confident in a one piece (darn stretch marks!!)
Be a living example of healthy and happy living for my friends and family.0 -
1. Fit in a roller coaster without any worry of it not latching
2. Never go into a plus size store again
3. Not just be a "pretty face"
4. Sit in booths instead of tables
5. Be someone my kids look up to rather than an embarrassment
6. Go to Victoria's Secret and not buy one scent related item, JUST LINGERIE!!
7. Dance like noone is watching0 -
Touch my toes.

Flexibility has nothing to do with weight. At 295lbs I can just about touch my forehead to my knees. Same with running, if you train for it, it will happen.0 -
Yoga.0
-
Put my socks on and tie my shoes.
Ride a roller coaster.
Run like I did as a kid.
Have s. e. x with me on top...yeah TMI but whatever. :P
Sit in a booth at a restaurant.
Wear cute clothes.
Have another baby without worrying about health issues.
Not have to order clothes online cuz stores don't have my size
Wear my husband's shirts as nightgowns
Wear my husband's lounge pants
Wear high heels without my toes turning purple
Not worry about dying in my sleep every other week
Oh the list could go on and on....0 -
Hoping that between running and starting to lift and pilates that my flexiblity will improve for um, other areas of my life.0
-
I would love to be able to fit on the rides at Six Flags, that will be a good day...0

It doesn't really work that way, each manufacture uses a slightly different model and criteria to create clothing. Even if you are a size zero, not everything will look good on you.0 -
Leave the lights on
Or at least know the scene isn't a horror scene when we do, right?0 -
Leave the lights on
Ditto...=)0 -
Things I can already do
walk around the block without stopping to cry. Now I walk for miles and miles and stop for a healthy lunch break. Uphill even sometimes.
undo the emergency brake in the car with my hand and not my foot-that was a big NSV
lift myself up out of the bathtub without having to roll over on my front side first like a big beached whale.
bend my head over under the faucet to wash my hair instead of having to crawl around on all fours like a aminamal
Things I will do then-wear smaller clothes. Feel healthier all the time. Do even harder hikes.
It is definitely a journey and not just something where a person goes from fat to fit and then suddenly you can do everything-I hope my examples show how to take what you can get on the way down.0 -
To strut and know that they are looking at me because I'm a hot, healthy lady glowing with happiness rather then a 300 pound jiggleball.
I have to admit that the term "jiggleball" actually had me choking on my water from laughing, but that said, you are a stunning individual, and I bet they are looking because you are hot already0 -
look better in a swimsuit and be able to complete all the rope courses at on tree park.0
-
Put on a pair of jeans without having to do a dance.
Be able to eat without fear of acid reflux.
Run a 5k.
Be happier with who I am.0 -
bang a model....0

Shop for clothes!
Sit on the floor and easily get up
Have a message0 -

-
Go out running shirtless in the summer. Still a little too much bounce for my liking.0
-
I want to ware a dress again.
However, the binkini will always be out of my reach.0 -
Some of these make me sad.
Someone with only 20 lbs to lose is looking forward to jogging? Why not now?
People are hiding from their partners?
People won't go for a massage? It is one thing if that is a reward, but you are *able* to go for a massage right now!
As for banging a model...you're on your own.0 -
Wear a bikini.
Go running in shorts and a sports bra.
Sit at my desk at work with no bulge in my midsection.
Wear short shorts.
Enjoy clothes shopping.0 -
A reverse 180 of everything I couldn't or was afriad to do at my highest weight!0
