Logging in everyday to me is the key. It keeps us on track. Just because you don't go to the gym doesn't mean your not getting some type of work out. It's all about what works for you. Great going

I eat lots of low cal veggies and splurge with my extra calories for something sinful. I had a hot fudge brownie sundae a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful. Could not eat the whole thing but I was satisfied, did not go over my daily allotment of anything and still lost weight. This helps keep me going I know not…

I have some kind of treat every day, the real thing. I look for ice cream cups, bars, sandwiches, etc. that have no more than 170 cal. I always budget for this.

When I eat cereal I look for calories per serving and measure them to that exact amount. when it has a lot of fiber that is plenty for me to be satisfied.

I watch my calories, fats and sodium but more or less eat what I'm in the mood for and it's been working for me.

Ruby Tuesday's Fit & Trim meal BBQ grilled chicken w/ grilled zucchini and spaghetti squash. Yummy

I would look up Greek foods on the food diary, maybe Greek salad, some type of gyro meat or see if there is a vegetable dish like eggplant or even a chicken meal. Order with sauces on the side or even cheese on the side if possible.

I am the same way, I am on this earth to live life to it's fullest and not be deprived anything that I really want. I have something sweet almost every day. I eat what I want and come in under calories everyday. All it takes is planning.
