My resting heart rate is about 65, but during exercise its a very sad 160-180. Hope it improves as I improve my cardio.

If anyone has a Roku there is a lot of fitness channels available on there, some free, some not. However I was thrilled to find on Amazon that I could buy the digital copies of a lot of Jillian Michael's workouts for much less than the Dvds.

I'm much bigger, H, I, or J range depending on the manufacture. I used to be a DD and hope I can get back to it. I love the Goddess sports bra, bought several on Amazon and never been happier. I still wear two just because of my size when doing cardio, but they are extremely supportive and no underwire.

Something I learned to do in the insanity nutrition guide: Dip your fork twines into the dressing and then grab a forkful of salad, much less dressing used but taste in every bite.

This is only my first week, and I'm not getting on the scale until Sunday... and even then I dont think it'll be much... But this morning I could hardly keep my workout pants on! I was thrilled that I had to keep retying them over and over again and I swear my jeans felt so loose today too.
