when you order a salad with dressing on the side, do you now how much they put in those little plastic containers? Thanks!

I think it's about 2 oz. I tend to count it as 3-4 TBSP

Something I learned to do in the insanity nutrition guide:

Dip your fork twines into the dressing and then grab a forkful of salad, much less dressing used but taste in every bite.

Depending on the cup size I usually say 2-4 tbsp

2 oz, which equals 60 ML, which equals 4 TB.

This is what I do. I never even use half of that little cup and there's dressing in every bite!

I am not sure..... you might want to ask for an extra one to take home to measure.

But what I do is I dip my fork into the salad dressing then stick some salad. You don't use as much and you still taste some salad dressing with every bit

I guess I should have asked BEFORE going out to eat, LOL! I figured it was probably 2 TB so I used a little more than half. Oh well, I still did really well for eating out, I had a grilled chicken ceasar with no croutons and dressing on the side. I calculated it at around 500 calories...not too shabby.
