Once a day, in the evenings after my workout. My hair is SUPER thick and long so it gets washed every day. If i showered in the morning i would have to get up 2.5 hours before I leave for work just to do my hair...no joke

I had my daughter naturally, but had an emerg. hysterectomy 2 weeks later so I have a HUGE scar and no feeling. I do bicycle crunches, and they seem to work slowly but surely.

Ive been smoke free for going on 4 days (cold turkey) and feel great. I guess there is such a thing as a fit smoker. But in my case, that was not true at all. The final straw was not being able to finish a cardio workout without my lungs being on fire. But it is definately possible :)

Thanks :) Here are stats if you are interested (gulp) Weight 198lbs Goal 145lbs height 5ft 9 or 69inches work out 6 days a week for 30 mins walk to dog 2-3 times a week depending on schedule work is pretty sedentary so i gotta keep active with exercise semi-vegetarian diet

I was going to post something along the same lines as the OP. Im hoping im figuring this out right.... my BMR is 1718 my TDEE is 2354 so if i do -20%TDEE then my daily calories should be 1884...or am i on drugs....haha

I started a week ago and love it! After doing Cardo 1 for the first time I was mad at how short of breath i was so I quit smoking cold turkey that night (on day 4 right now). Starting week 2 tonight! Wish me luck!

See and I want to go to the gym (at the y they have free fitness classes) but I cant afford it!!! Im the exact opposite of the ppl in the article haha

thanks guys! I almost wanted to delete all these yuck photos, then I realized that its something to keep me motivated and look back on. I am back on track with working out...trying not to snack too much (quit smoking cold turkey 3 days ago) and just keep on keeping on :)

I gotta say the diet just isnt doable for me. I work an 8-5 job with a basic lunch room and its busy I dont have time to make a huge meal. So for work I just take nice yummy salads. Im only on week 2 so I will let ya know how it goes on day 30 :)

I'm starting week 2 of phase 1 of body revolution and Im quite excited to see my results :) I also quit smoking cold turkey three days ago and am feeling awesome, just having issues with snacking on crap i shouldnt! Awesome results ladies :)

I dunno. I read up on insanity it looks a little too "insane" for my liking. I cant handle too much impact on my knees,so all of the plyo just doesnt seem like a good idea. Im doing gillian michaels body revolution and I love it. Insanity to me seems more geared to ppl who are already in shape....just my honest opinion :)

I dont really pay attention to her jabbering haha. If shes telling to push then I listen but otherwise I dont pay much attention. Tomorrow is day six of week 1 of phase 1 so I havent found it annoying....yet....:)
