I thought the name of this site was MyFITNESSpal, not myfatasspal. Who cares if there are guys on here ripped? Maybe take adivce from them because something is clearly working!! The whole idea was for all of us to come together to get healthy, not to be jealous of the guy or girl with the cheese grater abs.

I have the implanon. Best decision i ever made! Lighted up my periods so much and there was no side effect of weight gain that I experienced!

definately love this idea! She needs to be able to get up and do something. Also, change the whole food situation around in the house if you haven't already. Portion control is key. Even at food joint, i measure my food. People look at me weird but it works

I ALWAYS buy the one with the honey on the bottom! The other ones dont seem to have a good flavor. Or if you don't get the homey, try adding some sweetener to it...

Congratulations! You look stunning! great job!

Curvy/athletic...its a draw between both of those.

Absolutely! Even at work! My coworkers think I'm nuts but oh well. I measure and only eat the serving sizes. Then, I eat slow to make sure that I am not overeating. I always take a snack just to make sure that I do not get hungry and binge later...

Between the last two days, I have eaten an entire box of krispy kreme donuts...not exactly a happy camper

I count the calories and do just normal everyday exercise. You would be surprised how quickly calories add up in food but how everyday activities burn alot more calories than they seem. I drink alot of water and juices..try to stay clear of soda unless its diet. I slip up sometime but i think thats why ive had my success.,…

I drink about 10 regular sized (8oz) glasses of water a day..the first 6 are straight water. The last 4 sometimes are Crystal Light or Mio flavored. If I drink either of those i do include it in my diary. It's just been strange right now because I would much rather drank plain water

I was in the same position once. Do NOT EVER allow anyone to speak to you like this. It is emotional abuse because it puts you in a bad place. I do not know you personally but everyone deserves to be treated good. No one should ever be belittled on a clogged kitchen sink!

I'm for anything that will make me move! Honestly, I found that heavy metal or punk works best for because I just wanna punch something! So I use that for my harder days and dance music for the easier days.

I'm 24...almost 25 so i'm not sure if that counts me as 'younger' or not! ha ha ha! anyway, I'd love support/motivation and I'll give it back

I am making french toast...it has 308 (give or take a few depending on which syrup you use). It's fun to spice up breakfast... homemade banana nut muffins are great too!

I have a bad habit of going out with my boyfriend and it seems he always wants to go to mcdonalds or taco bell. Sometimes even buffet. I always find myself over indulging. I usually just chalk it up as a loss and try to do better tomorrow, nothing else you really can do. You cannot put your body into starvation mode!
-
I hated water but then i started trying crystal light. They actually have some really good flavors! Mio does too and Mio usually have coupons for $ off. I also drink 100% pure fruit juices...if it doesnt say that then I will not drink it!
