  • Im glad I read this!! I just changed to TDEE-20% a few days ago, but have been foolishly binging/eating back exercise calories. Here on out I will stick to my calories limit as best I can. 1708 Cal/day.
  • I relaced my shoes and that helped a little bit. I do wear heels during the day so that very well could be a part of it. And I also live in a very hilly neighborhood and I notice it does go numb when I'm running downhill.
