 9 tbsps Southwestern style Egg Beaters with 60 grams of mushrooms and half oz of 2% cheddar, 3 slices of 40% lower bacon and toast. Yummy!0

 semi skimmed milk with diet coke (sounds disgusting but its a yummy fizzy way of diluting the calories)0

 I know, this is one of the weirdest combos ever, but I actually had just enough of the two cereals to make it work. (You should've seen what I did before. I filled cereal AND milk to the rim of the bowl! After getting diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, though, I MEASURE everything with a measuring cup!)0
