recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator. u can go to this sight and enter your recipes and it will calculate everything for you. then you can come back to MFP and create your own food and enter all the nutritional info. :smile:

my walmart store has a great selection for about $10 each. yoga/pilates, taebo, dance, the biggest loser, leslie sansone walk at home, and 10 minute solutions ( these are great because they are broken down into 10 min segments in case you need a quickie).

i'm in. this past week has been horrible. (even though i did lose 2 lbs, afraid to get on the scales again.) the first 2 days i was under my calories, every day since i have gone over. i cant find that happy medium. hopefully it is just due to the holidays. :grumble:

Yes i do carefully measure my honey. and creamer. i like the flavored teas best as i can drink those strait with no additions.

Thanks, Daryls. This is a very good point i was not aware of. I have replaced coffee with creamer for the cappuchinos i used to drink and normally have 1-2 cups a day. Tea on the other hand is a favorite, especially the flavored green teas. But it is so hard to find my absolute favorite which is raspberry in the decaff. so…
