hello! trying to lose weight .. about 55 pounds or so. got back problems from injury. weak ab muscles not helping with this. so this time i wanted to shed the pounds. but very very busy schedule ahead, but i'll see if i can cut in some time for workout and see if stresses don't get me eating. goal deadline is end of july. any encouragement are welcome. i'll return the favor likewise! take care all and best wishes!
