I'm not sure, as of this morning I was 75.7kgs.
-
I wore my HRM for a few days in a row, from morning to bed, including sitting down and having a break, just to get an idea of what it said I burnt in a day,
-
How does that not work?
-
It's okay :) Everyone keeps saying "don't compare" but it's so very hard, I don't compare often, but when I see the scale go up and I'm eating well, eating regularly, don't drink soft drinks or juices, only water and lite milk in my green tea.. And then I see these girls.. and my god, it's so hard NOT to compare!

Thank you, I only have 11 to go, but now with the 1.7kg gain i'm now back at 12.7 to go, I just don't want to see the scale rise anymore. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 75.7kgs at the moment. I'm a checkout operator, so I stand all day.

I hope that's true :( I lost 10kgs eating 1200 a day through Lite n Easy. I went up to 1500, started to gain. Went back to 1200, lost a few more kgs. Then began to obsess so stopped counting, hence why my diary is blank for the past few weeks. I'd say i'm probably eating around 1500 ish a day now. My HRM shows i burn…

Yes. This is what I mean, I've always gained like this. I once gained 10kg in one month because I was out with friends every night and therefore snacking more, but I was also walking everyday for hours. This is not an over exaggeration. I'm being completely serious, I've gone to my doctor for years, she doesn't even want…

Also don't feel deprived, I could have a bowl of cereal for breaky, a sandwich for lunch and soup for dinner, no snacks and I'd be satisfied, I eat more than this for nutritional value.

I had been with MFP for over a year, I go off counting for two weeks and just make smart choices and I gain. I don't want to have to count and measure for the rest of my life.
-
And my HRM says I burn about 1500-1700 in a day just working and living my daily activities.. I'm not eating anymore than 1500. I logically shouldn't gain.

I avoid sugar, have recently (past few days) switched from artificial sugar in my tea to having a teaspoon of honey instead. That's the main sugar I consume (apart from things like bread etc). I've always watched sodium levels, My day consists of, omelette with spinach or broccoli and cauliflower for breakfast. Almond and…

Also! The pill plays with your testosterone levels, and can permanently damage it in alot of women resulting in the need for testosterone pills etc. Testosterone is vital for energy, libido and weight loss.

I've recently gone off the pill, after struggling with weight most of my life, and being on the pill since I was 16 (now I'm 23), it doesn't seem to matter how hard I try weightloss is very difficult, eating a few meals that are 500cal will make me gain weight and it's not water weight! It's weight that I have to work very…

Hi :D It's been a struggle for me to do alot of exercise 'cause I'm slack. The first 5kgs was simply but having a job that required me to walk more. I began doing a program called Lite n Easy where they deliver your food to you, that was a 1200 cal plan, I lost my next 7-8kgs doing this in only 2 months, no exercise. Then…

I want to make sure the the FitBit picks up on everything I do. As in, I'm a checkout operator, I may not do many steps, but I'm twisting a lot and lifting and bending which will burn more cals than standing completely still, will the fitbit detect this? Also will the fit bit be able to tell what calories I'm buring on…
-
I've also read HRM aren't well designed for all day use.
-
From what I gather that it's only determining that by the steps I do?
-
Can anyone suggest other devices. Just done more research and FitBit doesn't seem to be what I'm after. I want to track my calories all day long - my exact calories, not an estimate based on how many steps I've done. I want something that will record my heartrate during all activities. So something that can help me…
