Iceberg has little to no nutrition value. I used to eat those mixed in with romaine and it would literally come back out within an hour of consuming. I now eat a raw spinach and veggie (high fiber, low carb) wrap every day for lunch and have no issues anymore.

I lift heavy and I lost weight and don't look bulky, just lean. Check my pics.

Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta is my go to-180 cals for 2 oz serving (dry spaghetti less than circumference of a quarter)

The naan does sound good. Hmm. Thanks for responding!

I've done it. It was eh for me. I didn't lose, and I missed pasta. It's also very expensive and you have to get creative, sometimes.

Stairs? Go for 5-10 minute climbs every hour on the hour. Stand up and clean your workspace.

This. Everyone is different. I work out twice a day during the workweek and once each day on the weekend and I walk at least 4 miles a day on my morning and afternoon breaks. That's a lot for some, but it's what's working for me.

With so many differing opinions on squat forms out there, I would say no. I've been corrected on my squat form from some beefhead, whereas when I ask my favorite trainer at the gym to check my form, he is adamant I'm doing them correctly.

The forensic evidence aired yesterday at the trial? The numerous witness reports that Trayvon was on top of GZ? The blood spatter evidence? Take your pick.

Key word in your post that made you lose any credibility, "maybe". Facts are facts.

I'm just fascinated by how many people are ignoring the fact that it was Martin who attacked Zimmerman while he was getting BACK in his car and the growing amount of evidence and testimonies from the police and reports that support Zimmerman's story. :noway: Facts are facts.

I run my Puggle in cooler weather. He loves it! But when it's hot, he can barely stand to go outside in our yard for more than a minute, so I don't run him in the summer.

When I did paleo, I would just scramble two eggs in a Pyrex bowl and throw in the microwave for 1:30.

Every day. If you're at maintenance or close to goal, fluctuating between one or two pounds is normal. It's interesting to see the pattern/correlation of what you ate and what causes the fluctuate. I don't think it's unhealthy, I read an article that tested people who weigh daily lost more than the test group who only did…

AMEN. I just took 5 days off without logging anything while at the beach, and while I did stay lightly active, I LOST a pound.

I did BP for 3/4 years. It's a good way to begin to learn all the different body parts you're trying to strengthen. If you're doing lighter weights in BP with the many reps BP's programs uses, it tends to be more of a cardio workout, whereas heavy lifting focuses on lighter reps/heavier weights. I eventually got sick of BP…

Upright rows with dumbbells is what works for me.

Watermelons are full of water. The sugar is natural, don't worry about it. You only get one season to enjoy the really good ones, so why pick apart eating something that's soooo good?

In the same boat. Had a an older gentleman mention to me at the gym the other day that I've lost weight since a year ago. I replied that I actually weigh the same, just have built up muscle. Would LOVE to be 10 lbs less, but keep my tone.

I know a girl who has them and she lifts competitively as well is a fitness model, and one of hers popped out and transposed itself in the shoulder/arm region :/ But she got it fixed.

I LOVE white foods. I've learned that a calorie is a calorie. If I completely cut out, I feed deprived and that can only bring doom. So everything in moderation, and I lose weight. While happy!

I work a desk job. I just make sure I stand at least once an hour, and I go for a 15 min walk in the morning and the afternoon in addition to my workouts.

I lift heavy. There's a pic of me in workout clothes after a lifting session in my pics. It has definitely changed my shape, and for the better. If you bulk, it's because you're eating more than you're burning.

What's attractive about being unhealthy? Overweight=unhealthy.

Salt! It's my problem :(
