  • You can't see the difference, but all of us can! Keep up the amazing work!!!
  • Yeah I think you might want to increase your cardio gradually until you can do at least 45 minutes in one workout. I would do the strength training 3 days a week and try to fit the cardio in at least 5 days a week!
  • You are all right!!! My hubby turns me on no matter what 20 pounds up or down!
  • I echo kellalynn! The trainers at my gym have said a thousand times that I could burn and tone more walking on an incline on the treadmill. Of course the elliptical will take a lot of pressure off of your joints and is great if you have any joint troubles. I used to like the elliptical when I was at 248, at 170 I enjoy the…

  • Seriously, do you know what a big difference that 15 pounds made in your appearance? You look awesome already. Keep up the great work!
  • You are all so great!! I am a bit crazy about recording these calories since this is really the first time I have recorded my food consumption. Of all the times I have dieted (successful or not) I haven't done so well with keeping track of what I eat/drink! After being on board with this way of doing things I have only…
  • Way to go girl! Keep up the great work. You look fantastic and I am sure you feel the same way!

Some of those are corn, peas, carrots and a lot of beans. Stick with the green veggies like salad, broccoli, green beans and the like. Carbs promote hunger and belly fat, not…
  • I ran in one, the Zooma Annapolis. I believe they were discouraged, but not restricted. I would contact someone in the planning dept. for the race to see if they are flat out not allowed or just discouraged. If you find out that you are not allowed, I wouls start to plan no music for some of your longer training runs.…
  • I am sorry, but I don't know what Plateaus is or how to get to it!
  • I went from 248 to 170 and the same things are no longer working to take the weight off!!!
  • Seriously, that's fantastic! Congrats you look great!
  • If I had to guess I would say that you aren't eating enough protein, it gives you energy and keeps your tummy full longer. I have become a fan of Lunda bars! They are super healthy. They have a protein bar line as well as minis (a smaller version of the regular bar).
  • For me, I don't eat the calories burned, I figure that's the only way I am going to eat away at the deficit of fat that I have!!! Also if you haven't started tracking what you eat I would recommend trying. It may be that the calories you are consuming aren't from the best sources. Best of luck to you!
