  • Last week we discussed switching over to a weekly thread so that conversations could carry over from day-to-day & different time zones wouldn't be left out of the action. Seemed like there was some popular support. Is everyone willing to give it a try this week? What do you think guys? Want to try a week long thread?
  • Remember to think up a personal goal for the "You are what you eat" July rotating monthly challenge! Only two weeks left!

  • Hi Everyone! I just wanted to chime in that Debbie's idea of having a weekly thread is fabulous. Since I am out west I often to get the thread after the conversation has more or less ended for the day. If it just continued on that would be awesome! My knee is going much better. I am hoping I can start the NRoWL back up…

Probably not even a full 50% but our little group has really helped me keep on the right track! Slow downward versus slow creep up. So I am very grateful that you guys are here. :-) Apparently I managed to injury…
  • Hi All! I am finally back. We had a great vacation and now it is time to settle down into a routine or cookin' and gymin'. Tonight I have gym date with Jackie so that is a pretty good start. I began logging food yesterday but got off track by the end of the day. I'll go back in and fill in how it went. I also need to come…

  • Debbie! Thank you so much for setting this up! We made it to Jackson Hole, Wy! We finally have internet access! Basically Jackson Hole seems to be where Wyoming hides the super rich people, but I am not complaining because there is a big bathtub and we got Thai food for dinner!! We have been hiking tons and tons. Here is…
  • Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been so out of touch lately. We are really enjoying Montana. It seems to be full of waterfalls, parks, and mountains. Today might be a day of rest/planning but Shane really wants to hike to a glacier. So we shall see... Rest versus glaciers. Debbie - Sorry to hear about your bruise and fall…
  • Ok, got the numbers updated for the last week. Sorry about the delay. Today we went driving on the most scenic highway I have ever been on! We saw marmots, elk, and mountain goats! We also did a very short hike to another waterfall. Lovely! I bet I can make elite this week with all the hiking!

  • Hi everyone! I have been on more like a month long break! I feel your pain Stacy! I am trying to come up with a gym cardio plan that gets progressively more challenging. I need lot's of mini goals to stay motivated. For example, I love the build up of the C25K program and the NRoWL. I want something similar but for cardio…
