I started at a size 24. Now I am in a 16/18 on the bottom, and a 14/16 on top.

I'm kind of late in replying to this one, I think. But my husband comments. However, I was a size 24 when we got married. Now I am a size 16 on a good day. They are positive comments now, mostly, or encouraging. Lately, it's been stuff like, "don't worry about the kids. I've got them. You do what you need to at the gym."

I found it much easier to start out on the app on my phone. Not as much to look at. Just log food, exercise and weight. Then, start looking at it on the computer. You'll find groups, friends, etc. It's kinda overwhelming when you first start out. Just start with the basics and go from there.

I allow enough time to get fully ready after my workout. I know that I have to leave the gym by 6:45 am to get to work on time, so I have to finish my shower by 6:30. I need to be totally finished with my workout by 6:20 in order to make it happen. It just means I need to start earlier on the days I go to the gym before…

About to be 41. Much better than I was at 30.

I'm in the same position. I lost almost 50 pounds and have plateaued for 15 months. I am now just under that weight, after a few weeks using MFP. I would love to have some friend to help motivate me.
