Me when I started MFP but I was actually much bigger at one point. My current size is 8 and I'm most comfortable in a size M. You're not alone here0

I started about 6 weeks ago as a 22/24 I don't really know what I am now as I haven't bought any new clothes but I have lost 7.5kg0

I forgot to add this visual I took this week. The shirt on the bottom is size 4X that I was wearing snugly and the top shirt is a medium that I now wear.

So believe and you will do it.0 -

At my heaviest I was a 22. Now I'm a 16W, which is more like an 18 in non-plus sizes. I'm hoping to get to a 10-12.0

Hi.
I started at a 26/28
Today I am a 12/140 -
My highest weight was 254...I don't even know what size I was anymore because I wore nothing but sweatpants. :brokenheart: I started MFP at 235 and I think I was probably around a 22. It'll be 2 years in January I've been on MFP...I had a baby during that time so that slowed me down a bit  but my current weight is 184 and I'm in a 14 (I'm 5'7). You can do it!0

Started at Size 24 - 228 pounds
Now at size 12 - headed to a size 10 and 167 pounds.0 -
March 2011 size 32/34 was too small. November 2012 just bought size 16 jeans. 240 lbs gone forever!0

I started at an 18-20. (although some stores mark their clothing with a smaller size, so in some cases I am a 16 but in others a 20). I dont care what size I get down to, but I want my tummy tuck and all the docs I have consulted say I must lose at least 50 pounds before it is safe. I haven't weighed that little since I was 19!
BEST WISH AND BEST LUCK TO YOU!!!0 -

I was getting ready to and then decided to go other way. Now in a W16 but they are too big. Gonna try misses 16 next.0

I was a barely comfortable 26/28 and now a baggy 24 . . . I'm very tall, so even though I've lost 50 pounds, it hasn't made as much difference as I would have liked in my clothing size (but it also means most people would be floored if they knew my actual weight).0
