Totally agree with this! Carbs are NOT evil. Make sure you're taking in the right kind of carbs, complex carbs. They comes from fruits, vegetables, yogurt, quinoa... These carbs are good. There was this dude that was lifting weights at the gym and moaning REALLY loudly and sweating a ton. He didn't even have the decency to bring a towel! Instead, he was just using pieces of tissue to wipe off his sweat and then proceeding to PLACE THEM ON THE FLOOR. Sweat-soaked tissues on the gym floor. DISGUSTING.

People who come ALL THE WAY to the gym, to walk at 3.0mph for the next 45 minutes, not challenging themselves and hogging the damn treadmill! People who come in SLIPPERS and proceed to go barefoot while using the stationary bike. Uh, ew? Nobody wants to use the bike with your sweaty footprints on it.

I take GNC burn 60! It's a thermogenic. You need to exercise and eat clean in order for it to work. It is just an aid to help you along your journey. It isn't a 'magic' pill so there is still hard work involved.

I completely understand about the over-estimating part. I take into account the errors that MFP might make when clocking in my calorie burn. I think I've hit a plateau and am trying to speed it up a little bit more. My stats may make me 'look' small in your mind but I'm actually on the chubby side for my height. Flabby tummy/chubby arms and thighs. My weight may not prove it but yeah, I do have quite alot of fat I need to lose.

According to the Katch Mcardle formula on fat2fit.com, my bmr is 1155 calories. Since I workout 5-6 times a week, my TDEE would be 1920. So how many calories should I NET on top of burning 400 cals a day on exercise?

WOW! great results :) I am on day 2 of level 1. My thighs and butt ache but my arms and abs don't :( I think it's because I did alot of strength training for abs wayy before I started on the 30 DS? I'm gonna be progressing onto level 2 soon as soon as I get my form perfect for the strength exercises!
