My goal is to stay away from the break room where all of the Christmas goodies have began to appear!

- Cardio day - 80 minutes. - Sit ups - planks (4 x 60sec) - Finish calendared chores (filters and alarms), work on thanksgiving menu. - Have a great day!

My goals today: 1 - drink at least 64oz of water. 2 - Track every item that goes into my mouth. 3 - Get to the gym. 4 - Fill out my "stats" on the spreadsheet - done (had to mark something off the list:)) Good morning everyone!

I rarely post anything but the way you told your story and just how fantastic you look - I had to say congratulations! Your story made me laugh and took me right there with you. You look absolutely amazing and should be proud!

Add Me...or I could add you. I will be 40 on the 27th, I have 45 pounds to go and I have a 7yo and 4yo - both boys. I have been on a plateau for 5 months or so - up and down within 5 to 10 pounds, making me nuts!
