Everything you said is the truth and brutal honesty is what I personally needed to hear. I dunno how to explain it but I knew all of this myself already, but I still needed to hear it from another person in order to motivate me back to my healthy eating habits. Back to the healthy person that I was before this month hit.…

It was when I was 10, I went to the ER for strep throat and instead of telling me what he was going to do to help my raw bleeding throat he told me "You are so fat you probably won't fit though a door when you become a teenager." and my Dad was there and never said a word. I'll never forget how normal I felt about my body…

I tried a low carb eating habit for a bit, then recently I had the stomach flu and my low carb eating habits when down hill for two days or so. Now I noticed the flatter tummy I had from the low carb diet is not as flat. I lost about half my hard work with eating low carbs. After this I am going back to maintaining carbs,…

I hope I also have the benefits when I reach my goal weight, but I am not sure how it will affect me relationship wise. When I was fatter I used to walk looking at the ground, so I didn't really know if anyone was looking at me but in the corner of my eye I would see the stares and looks of some people, but i guess it was…

Mines rather boring. My meals lack recipe, haha. Normally I have a slice of whole wheat toast with low fat cottage cheese on it, I fine it's a good start to a say and makes the start to a long day a little better. Mm.

Scent. Scruff, of nicely styled facial hair. I also tend to check out shoulders and jaw lines. I also do enjoy a pair of sophisticated glasses.

I want to try coconut oil for my hair, but I didn't figure out about it in till after I bought olive oil for my hair. Haha. Once I use up the olive oil I'll invest in coconut to see if there is a difference in results.

You could eat two different meals, but you don't have to eat separate from each other? Both of you can sit at the table, he can eat his meal and you can eat yours? Of course, this is all in the realization of the food bill, as you said. Personally I think he is being picky. I agrees with some of the posters here, that you…

I'm so picky with finding recipes to cook for a meal. . . I might just have something simple and light, then come back to it for dinner. I think I'll just have a easy to make salad.

I wear flats a lot in the summer for casual foot wear. I hardly ever wear heels though, but I do have a very high heel that I love that I want to try to learn to walk in, so maybe one day once practice makes perfect.

My work out wardrobe consists of "yoga" pants (I don't really know the true name of them) and also a another longer version of the pair as well. I also have two zip up jackets that are mostly the same, but a little diffrent in appearance but I find they are amazingly comfy but they have no hood. At first I wasn't too sure…

I wish I was more assertive.

I think it depends on how the women thinks, so results may vary. Buuuuuuut For me I would love to be told that, and I wouldn't assume that the rest of me was negative at all.

Natural for sure. But that's my personal prefrace, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker either.

I'm not sure if I would Reconsider them if they approched me after weight loss. I think it would depend on who it is. Though, I never been rejected because of my weight, so it's harder for me to put myself in that situation. I think ultimately, after thought, I wouldn't. It would give me negative pressure to stay thin, or…

Today I found that it was hard to stay within my sugars because of fruit in my eating habits. I can't help but go over it, or it feels like I won't be eating enough. So I try to keep my processed sugars and natural sugars separate.

I haven't had any in forever. But I never really liked the taste of plain potatoe chips.
