You look amazing!! Great job!

You're one of those great people that don't condemn food and realize you can lose weight by being in a calorie deficit. You have proven that with your weight loss! You're one of my heroes. Great job!! :flowerforyou:

None. Just add the calories into your day.

I agree. Stronglifts 5x5 is great.

Real 'food' is the best. But if you need to supplement to hit your protein target, then protein shakes work. I think Trutein shakes are amazing! Especially Cinnabon and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup! YUM!

Wow! You look amazing! Congratulations!

I have had much better results with just doing SL 5x5 and no cardio than when I just did cardio. Good luck!

It sounds like you're not eating enough calories. Based on your age, weight, and height, scoobysworkshop.com shows that your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is around 1900 (minimum calories just to keep your body functioning) and it's recommended you should be eating 2400 calories a day to lose fat at a 20% calorie reduction.…

Yep! I agree.

I lost weight with low carb, South Beach, and Atkins. And gained it back again (and then some) when I missed 'real food'. It does work, but I figure life is short.......so now I count calories, aim to eat 1g of protein per lean body weight, lift heavy and have a dark beer and ice cream practically every day and it's great!…

Good for you! You are just beautiful!

Oh, no problem at all! Good luck on your journey too!

What an amazing journey you have been on. I'm so glad you have happiness in your life now AND you look simply beautiful!

This. I think you will see amazing results if you start lifting heavy and are in a calorie deficit. You're body will change in ways you could have never imagined.

As for DVD's, all of Rodney Yee's are very good. He actually has a basic yoga dvd that explains proper form, but I can't remember the name (I lent it out). Bryan Kest's Power Yoga and Power Yoga for Happiness with Eoin Finn are good too but are more for when you get the basics down. Very good workouts!
