Definitely hot wings! I used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and eat like 50 in one sitting. I'm afraid if I eat one again I won't be able to stop. I'd be like a hot-wing addict in full on relapse!

I've got a tungsten carbide band that's pretty wide, but I wear it anyway. It only really bothers me when I'm doing free weights. I pretty much never take it off, and certainly wouldn't at the gym... some of those ladies are quite brazen ;)

55 days is an accomplishment! You should be proud of yourself.
