I've lost 23 pounds so far eating mostly Paleo (I'm compliant about 80% of the time). I love it! I know it's not for everyone but it works for me! :)

TurboFire is my soul-mate workout! I'm actually doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution right now for a bit of a change up but normally, I'm rotating between TurboFire hybrid schedules (TF/P90X, TF/ChaLEAN Extreme, etc.) because I love it so much :)

I started with a beginners class at a local yoga studio. They had a goupon for 10 classes for $20 so I jumped on it. Starting with a class and an instructor really helped me to get basic form down. Now, I mostly just practice at home because I cannot afford to pay for a membership but I'm glad I got my foundation first! :)

I LOVE the pineapple flavor. I put a little coconut in it and BAM! Instant pina colada fix! :)

I've done something similar by taking a frozen banana and blending it with a little coconut milk and some coco powder (or a hot chocolate packet will do in a pinch). Very delicious :)
