Thank you everyone! All of your suggestions are helpful! Thanks for the idea of adding one day of more intense cardio...I can do that. I really care more about being toned and fit than losing pounds and I think doing 3 days of strength training with the cardio will work. Thank you again!

I did C25K about 3 years ago. It took me a little longer than the 8 weeks or whatever it was because I repeated some weeks. Thank you for the suggestions! I will definately try eating something small before the workout and then a regular breakfast after. A few nuts or a yogurt might work for me as it won't 'weigh' my stomach down.
