Still hanging in. Just finished day 14. Had to rub my knee down with some arctic ice. My husband said I smell like a cough drop, lol. I'm not giving up though. I may skip the jumping jacks next time (that seems to be the main cause of my pain). Any ideas what I could do in place of them? I'm thinking maybe just running in…

Done day 12. My knee (which I have had problems with in the past) is starting to give me trouble. I'm fine for most of the modified moves, but the cardio is a little tricky. I have been getting a lot of compliments lately about the weight I'm losing. And I am feeling so much better (with the exception of my knee).

OH, and i'm down 2 lbs this week and 1 inch from my waist!!!

I took yesterday off to rest my knee. Did day 1 of level 2 today. I didn't find it to be too hard (I did have to stop and catch my breath a couple of times though). I sweated a lot more with this one though!!! I'm just glad that I don't have to do any sit-ups or those side lunge things.

I'm sticking with 1200 calories/day. I still eat the same stuff I did before, but I make sure I don't go over in calories. I'm really taking baby steps here. Plus I'm a lot more active than I was before. Hopefully the pounds will be melting off soon.

Thanks! While in physiotherapy they had me on a stationary bike, working my way up to 1/2 an hour on it. I'm still debating on taking a day off or not. The knee pain is kind of just there....not really after doing anything at all. I'm going to assess it and decide later on tonight. The pain is not bad right now, but that…

Day 9 is completed, but started having knee pain. Last time I had this pain I ended up in physiotherapy for 6 weeks. Yikes. That was 1 year ago (almost to the day). I may have to take tomorrow off (although I really, really, don't want to) so I don't aggravate it even more. I usually do 30 mintues on a stationary bike…

When I'm up for it, I also do 30 minutes on a stationary bike.

Success! I was worried about getting today's workout in because I have to pick up my husband from the airport tonight. I don't like to do it during the day while my oldest (4 years old) watches. Who needs a personal trainer when you have a 4 year old asking a million questions.

Today was easier than yesterday, but I still struggled with a few exercises. I can only find my 5lb weights...I need to find my 2 or 3lb ones. Those side lunges get me every time. Hoping I keep with it. The cardio seemed a little easier today, which nearly did me in yesterday.
