I am just under 5 foot and last time I weighed myself I was 165 pounds although I think I am nearer 160 now. Last year I got down to 140 from 182 using MFP. Looking to be 133 pounds by summer :)

Thanks for the help maybe I need to visit MFP more! I try and log my food even if its bad at the moment. So hopefully I will get in the swing of it again soon.

Hi Jenny, I am from the UK and 21. I set a goal for 70pounds so we are going for around the same goal. It sounds bigger than it is! But it is achievable. I have 47pounds to go. I have been naughty with my food for the past 3 days so I will be starting tomorrow as well, hopefully we can help each other :)

Breast reduction I have been trying to get it done for a year now but with my BMI at the moment they won't do it unless I have a BMI of minimum 24 mine is 31 at the moment eek!

Yes maybe 2 stone is a bit of an exaggeration but I can imagine at least a stone and a half. Thats what the scales said, but obviously I was weighing my upper body lol.

Yeah achieving weight goals I am everything else no lol. I think 115-120lb would be good then I am going to see if I want to be thinner when I have reached that weight. But I still think I will feel fat at 120.

I am going to do this, I look slim at 120 but I just feel skinnier and not fat at 98-115 but this is my plan :)
