Thank you everyone. I do feel pretty amazing and I can walk more than I could before and after a long run, I can RUN (yes, run) up my stairs to my house! I could never do that when I was heavy!

Thanks everyone. I couldn't tell myself until I started comparing each feature like my face, legs, etc and finally I realized 40lbs made a difference. Another 97 to go!

Where you speed walking? Or just at a slow pace? I walk fast when I feel like it but I don't walk fast the whole time and I need to lose inches mostly. I wouldn't look so horrendous if I lost inches and evened out my body a little.

I also walk 2-3 times/week. It may not be a lot but it's what I can handle right now. Thanks everyone!

Thank you very much for the hula hoop tip! Do I need the hula hoop or can I just move my hips in a circular motion and pretend? lol. I'm on a budget.

I now weigh 232.4 and am 5'1 so idk if it's supposed to be better or not. every time you lose do you update your calorie intake? or will the program do it automatically?

Yes, I do have a routine. I normally do either my whole workout on the treadmill or I split it up between the treadmill and the elliptical. I love them both, easy for me to use and works up a sweat and I don't kill myself in the process. Is that what you meant?

Mine is usually around 156 so it sounds like you're over quite a lot. I'm not sure if that's healthy. Are you doing it at a really intense speed?
