  • Hi everyone! I am on day 5 of level 2 so half way there! I do it at least 4 times during the week and do yoga and dancing on the other days , so I have one rest day per week. Keep up the good work ladies ! IT DOESN'T GET EASIER YOU GET STRONGER ! Fabienne
  • Today was Day 2 of Week 2 Fire 45 Class and Stretch 10, just done it, WOW this workout kicked my butt, I did it on the new to class option but still felt extra winded ! I loved the last fire drills with the tina move and ohhh Boom I got you boyfriend !!! Such an amazing song !
  • Week 1 is history ! Just finished HIIT 15 and Stretch 10 so proud of myself, let Week 2 begin !
  • Day 6 of Week 1 for me was Fire 30 and Stretch 10, felt winded in the last combo but I finished beautifully !
  • Just finished Core 20 and Stretch 40, feeling so ZEN ! I loved it !

  • Hi Ladies! I am starting tomorrow the normal 12 weeks Turbofire, I did it before back in August last year and quit. I seriously need a buddy this time around.
