I have been working out at the gym for awhile, but have always avoided running on the treadmill. Even though I am pretty in shape now, I had this thought that I would only be able to run for 30 seconds and need to stop. Decided to give it a try tonight and was able to run for 10 minutes without much of a problem! I might…

I'm really not concerned about Lupus at this point. I don't have enough of the signs/symptoms you get with it, so I would be surprised. I also have some baseline fatigue, but I am also in grad school. I think that is more from constantly being stuck in a classroom and less related to other things.

No new meds. And I have been more active, so that could be part of it. I may have to try vitamins and see!

I'm a grad student! I'm not working, but my program does not allow us to have a job due to the workload. :# Started eating healthier last semester some, but been sticking to it more this semester. I go to our school gym usually 2-4 times a week and go on a hike 1 to 2 times a week. Some weeks are better than others, but…

This helped me to figure out what were the best things I could get in my calorie range and things that are a lot worse for you that you would think. Unless I just really want something one day, I have a pretty good…

I would definitely take a look at what foods you are eating and what you can swap it out for. For example, if you are eating bread in every meal, this is probably taking up a lot of calories. Maybe change to eating bread for one meal a day and add more fruits/vegetables to your other meals. I honestly think just going…

Thanks for the responses everyone! I do like to go outdoors, but it is a little cold where I usually run/walk (It is by a windy pond). I will definitely have to mix up some different playlists and listen for some classes on YouTube!

Just a heads up, I am the physician's assistant, so I break when they break. If they don't stop, I don't stop either.
