  • I like to make recipes from http://www.skinnytaste.com/. She lists all the nutrition info and a lot of the recipes make a bunch of servings. I always have the cheap plastic containers on hand and I freeze individual servings. Then just defrost as needed. Its great when you dont feel like cooking!
