Wow, 15% is very low. She would have to have a lot of muscles to be only 15% at 120 lbs, 5'5"..
-
Yes, I agree with you. I do think I have some muscle though. Not too much but I think with less bf I'll look like her.
-
Yes, I also read that. She also says that she left it all behind her and that she's feeling a lot better and healthier now. I do believe her. I also struggled with an eating disorder so I know it's completely possible to change. I would say her body is a work of a healthy diet and regular exercise and not from purging. :-)

Mmm, yes I am obviously because that's what I'm aiming for. I do realize though that we're different heights, builds etc. Just want a finger point of where to aim you know. And again, that's why I'm more interested in her body fat than her weight..
-
Yes, I know, that's why I'm also focusing mostly on her body fat percentage. I think it's motivating to be able to have a clear goal infront of you. Of course I want my own body but I don't know how it'll look so it's easier to focus on someone who's already there. On some sites they say 120 lbs, on others it says 98 lbs…

Are you measuring this with a HRM or only counting your heartbeats?

Haha I listen a lot to this kind of music lol. I love it and they always dance like that. Hot!

bump

False, I have. I've never been in love.
-
Haha. I think this is what most girls are gonna answer. I think it's hot lol.
-
Haha this is exactly my case as well! No way am I letting go of the machine. I would crash into the wall or some poor person lol. I have to work at it a little at a time but running on a treadmill really feels unnatural for me.

I met a 26 years old man when I was only 15 and we were together for 7 years. Those were the worst years of my life. Of course there's exceptions but in my opinion those relationships are rarely good. Do what you feel is right but I'm warning you that in my opinion it would be better for both you and her to find someone…

I'm exactly like that! Good to know there's more of us out there! My family points this out all the time. When I have an idea, I give everything to do it, like now with my weight loss. You could call me obsessed. It's all I think and talk about lol. I'm often this obsessed, super focused and motivated for many months and…

I'm also 5'6" and my goal weight is 120 lbs. It really depends on your bone structure. I'm small framed so I can weigh less without being underweight but I think you can start focusing on 125 lbs and then re-evaluate if you're happy there or want to continue losing. That's what I'll do. :-) Don't stare yourself blind on…

I know what you mean. It's completely genetic. My problem is the thighs. They're slimming down so slowly! I think you should start running long distance. When you do certain sports or workouts, your body will eventually get the shape that's ideal for your sport and if you look at the runners, they always have super slim…

I looked up amenorrhoea and maybe that's the case. "Women who go through significant weight loss, dieting, or perform considerable amounts of exercise on a regular basis are at risk of developing hypothalamic (or 'athletic') amenorrhoea. It was thought for many years that low body fat levels and exercise related chemicals…

Hmm, some replies made me worry a bit. I think I'm going to talk to mom for advice (that's always rule number one right) and if it still didn't come in a few days, call the doctor. I just thought it was more common and that many girls would have this issue while losing weight.. I guess not.
-
Yes, I'm in a healthy weight range and no where near underweight which I know effects the cycle. I'm 125,7 and 5'6". I eat around 1,300-1,500 most days so I'm not starving myself. Working out 4-5 days a week. I only have about 6 lbs left to lose. I don't know if maybe this effects my cycle and if so, in what way? I hope…

I'm looking to lose another 6-7 lbs before summer. SW: 160 lbs (72.9 kg) CW: 125.7 lbs (57.0 kg) GW: 120 lbs (54.0 kg)
-
I guess I'm pretty close. Height: 168 cm (5'6") Current weight: 57.0 kg (126.6 lbs) Goal weight: 54.0 kg (120 lbs) (might re-evaluate if I'm not happy there). Current waist: 65 cm (25.5") Goal waist: 60 cm (24") Current hips: 97 cm (38") Goal hips: 92 cm (36")
-
I'm in! CW: 126.6 lbs. GW: 120 lbs Current waist: 26" Goal waist: 24"
-
I'm 5'6" and currently 126.6 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs but I'll see when I get there if I'm happy or want to lose a bit more. I'm small framed so that's why I "need" to be at a lower weight to reach my dream body. I'm not fixated with the numbers though and it's more important to have my 24" waist back and be at…

Hahaha that video cracked me up! Thanks for sharing.

That's a very mature comment about the female anatomy.

Living in Sweden but would love to move to Italy, U.S.A, Brazil. New Zealand or Australia.

I wouldn't consider that a plateau. I've been on the same weight for 2 weeks and yes, it's frustrating but I wouldn't call it a plateau just yet. If still nothing changed in 1-2 more weeks then I'll have to start doing something. I've read a lot about breaking plateaus and they all state the same; get enough sleep,…

Best quotes of all time: "In life you have to do a lot of things you don't ****ing want to do. Many times, that's what the **** life is... one vile ****ing task after another." "Announcin' your plans is a good way to hear god laugh." "Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair or ****ing beatings. The world ends when…

I also went hungry in the beginning because I was used to eat a lot more and my stomach had expanded because of it. So what you need to do is to: 1. Accept the fact that you'll be hungry in the beginning, maybe the first week. 2. Cut out or minimize sugars as much as possible since they make you crave and think you're…
