How much do you think she weighs?

Nicole Scherzinger is one of my body idols. I think she's fit and slim without being scary "Hollywood skinny".
I Googled that she's 5'5" but I'm not sure about her weight and body fat percentage so what is your guess?
My guess is 115-118 lbs and 18-19% body fat?

I can't even make a guess....
and I don't think you should focus on that. there can be a 10 lbs difference between different people
with different amounts of muscle. or weigh the same and be 2 sizes smaller than the other.0 -
Apparently her weight is : 55 kg – 120 lb
according to my internet sleuthing0 -
Yes, I know, that's why I'm also focusing mostly on her body fat percentage.
I think it's motivating to be able to have a clear goal infront of you. Of course I want my own body but I don't know how it'll look so it's easier to focus on someone who's already there.
On some sites they say 120 lbs, on others it says 98 lbs which I don't find believable at all. I'm currently 124.8 lbs and 5'6" so that's why I'm guessing she's between 115-118 lbs..0 -

you're still comparing you to her though...
120lbs with 20% bodyfat looks totally different to 120lbs with 17% bodyfat!
if you want to lower your BF% that doesnt necessarily mean you will lose any more scale weight...0 -
id say she was roughly the same as me. maybe a little more toned. and im 1200

Mmm, yes I am obviously because that's what I'm aiming for. I do realize though that we're different heights, builds etc. Just want a finger point of where to aim you know. And again, that's why I'm more interested in her body fat than her weight..0 -
Also she has openly admitted to struggling with an eating disorder. Her body looks great, don't get me wrong but I can't help but think that there is a better body role model out there, one who hasn't spent years making herself vomit.0

Yes, I also read that. She also says that she left it all behind her and that she's feeling a lot better and healthier now. I do believe her. I also struggled with an eating disorder so I know it's completely possible to change. I would say her body is a work of a healthy diet and regular exercise and not from purging. :-)0 -
no way is she 98... your guess sounds about right.... if you want a solid body as a female you're going to have to strive to retain/gain muscle.... all too often people go on drastic diets and lose all their lean mass and they wonder why they cants diet down to visible abs... teh abs arent there...0

Yes, I agree with you. I do think I have some muscle though. Not too much but I think with less bf I'll look like her.0 -
I'd guess 120 and more like 15% BF.1

Wow, 15% is very low. She would have to have a lot of muscles to be only 15% at 120 lbs, 5'5"..0 -
what difference does it make? if you're going for her body type then exercise and eat in a way that will get you get you moving in her direction. if no one can correctly guess what she weighs in these photos, no one can correctly guess what you weigh either.
how a person looks is primarily a factor of genetics. i can diet and train all i want but in most cases i can only emulate the body types of people with a similar body type as mine. so if she looks good to you and you think you have similar body types, then give it a try. but don't spend time trying to get to whatever you think her weight it. it's as futile as trying to get to whatever you think her height is.0
