hi to everyone i need a little help ive started working nights!!(lucky me) my weight is going up and down and eating is all over the place too. pls can some one given good advice thank you

Sometimes the body will go into shock! if your not used to working out six days a week? and the lactic acid the body produces when we work out weights heavier? so work out 3 to 4 times week every orther day and drink more water. :flowerforyou:

The same thing happened to me??? i was out shopping, when i met a old school friend. we were in shop at the time and she asked are you pregnant??. me being me said no im fat??? My friend went so red face,and every one was looking her? we have lol now about it now but at the time it up set me?:smile:
