My doctor said the same thing. He said unless you`re allergic, a few everyday is not unhealthy. He did tell me to avoid Splenda tho.

I agree 100 percent. I tried all of the low fat & fat free & most just ruined my food. Now i just eat the real thing, just use less. Plus the fat free & low fat are usually loaded with extra sodium
