Don't marry him. DON'T. Your entire life will be a misery.

Eating healthy and exercising is important, but don't let it consume you. If it's all you think about, any stalls or set backs will cause major frustration and may make you give up. Focus on doing what you love (what's your passion? hobby?), and the weight fluctuations or lack thereof won't be so upsetting. There's more to…

I eat them with pretzels and stone ground fancy mustard. Straight out of the can, bones and all. Delicious! Makes everyone else in the house cringe, though...

Titanic. Three times... It's still my favorite movie.

was intimidated by her power suits and fabulous hair.

I used to be a total chocoholic. I would eat it all day long... And feel guilty continually. The only thing that helped me was self-hypnosis. I haven't touched chocolate since. It's really easy to learn and is totally worth the time it takes. So glad to be free of the addiction!

I highly recommend meditation for the sleeping issue. It will also help ease your anxiety. As far as dealing with the loss of your nana, if you can't get past it on your own you could seek the advice of a clinical hypnotherapist. I lost both my parents within the last three years and I just couldn't get over it on my own.…

For real change to take place you have to come to the realization that you are worthy. You are a valuable person and your body is worth the cost of those expensive fruits and veggies. When you go to the store, instead of thinking, "I could buy 4 Budget Gourmet frozen dinners for the price of one pound of asparagus...,"…

Damn, J! You're looking great! So glad you're up and running. Those surgery photos are scary!

I use the fleur de sel when I make salted butter caramel ice cream, vanilla bean salted caramel sauce, and to top the milk chocolate salted caramel filled cupcakes I like to bake so much. Hmm... No wonder I'm here on MFP, huh? Thanks for the idea to check Target for the arm band. I have a pretty huge phone, so I'm hoping…

1. Fleur de sel 2. A mandolin slicer 3. New running shoes 4. An arm band carrying device for my phone, so I don't have to hold it while running. 5. New sports bra 6. Gift certificate for therapy to cure my emotional eating.

You sound just like me. I'm also a mom of three. I lost 14 lbs since Jan this year, but then my Dad got sick and died. I've since gained back 10 of those 14 lbs. Today I am putting on the brakes. Every time I'd get upset, I'd dive headfirst into my chocolate stash, or grab a bag of chips and say, "What difference does it…

Holy Lord! You obviously live in the South.

Homemade breads, cakes, pies, cookies... Oh, and chocolate, of course.

I feel that way. It is very discouraging. My goal weight is only a handful of pounds away, but sometimes I think I shouldn't lose anymore for this very reason. If I'm getting dressed up and going out now, I wear a padded bra to make up for what I've lost. Doesn't do me any good when I'm naked, but at least the rest of the…

I had the exact same problem with my right knee. I did the 30DS from mid March-mid April. My knee still hurts in the exact same way you described. Grrrr!!!

5'4" 127 lbs, size 4. After reading this thread, my dreams of being a size 0 have vanished.

All of it! I do adore Lindt milk chocolate truffles, though. And Cadbury Mini Eggs, and Godiva Peppermint Truffles. Hmm... Anything Chocolate is heaven!

For what it's worth, I think you look fantastic. The term "too skinny" is annoying as hell and very subjective. I've been hearing it a lot lately. Mostly from family members. I'm a size 4 and am at 25% body fat. Clearly I'm quite far from "too skinny." I don't think you should worry about it. You look perfect to me.

Are you on birth control? If so, I'd blame that. I could never lose while on bc, only gain and gain and gain... It was so discouraging.

From your post it sounds like blowing your calories at night is a recent development. I would check your diary and see if anything new has popped up in it that is triggering the overeating. I went crazy this week, and had to do a ton of extra exercise to make up for my out of control eating. I checked my diary and sure…

My moment was when I was sitting at my mother-in-law's breakfast table and she was talking about her friend who had just lost fifteen pounds. I was feeling gross anyway because my big pants were starting to get tight (I'd outgrown my thin pants and my regular pants months earlier). After she made one more comment about her…

Try Cascade Ice. The Mango Pomegranate flavor is fantastic. It's just sparkling water. No artificial sweeteners, no calories. Just delicious.

You seriously just have to laugh at people when they say things like that. I know it's hard, but that's the best come-back for people like that. It really gets under their skin when they can't get a negative response from you. You're beautiful. Don't cry.

I put on three pounds when I first started. After four days it disappeared, but at the start of each new level I gained a bit more. It is water dealing with your sore muscles and it will go away. You didn't gain any real weight. It is discouraging though. Push through it. You'll be glad you did in the end.

6 oz of baked chicken breast with 2 servings of organic green beans baked with tons of organic no salt seasoning. Delicious and very filling. It's my go-to meal when I'm almost out of calories at the end of the day. 285 calories.

I'm on level 3 day 7. I'm tired, but I look better than ever. Stick with it, even when you feel like taking the day off. It's worth the trouble.
