I need help!

I get frustrated I workout so much eat right and nothing changes and I just give up! Any ideas?

  • How long have you been at it? Where are you starting and what are your goals? What kind of workouts, and what / how much are you eating?

    Eating healthy and exercising is important, but don't let it consume you. If it's all you think about, any stalls or set backs will cause major frustration and may make you give up. Focus on doing what you love (what's your passion? hobby?), and the weight fluctuations or lack thereof won't be so upsetting. There's more to life than how much space we take up. Keep taking care of yourself and eventually you'll meet your goals. After all, what's the rush?

    Thanks for your support, its just so frustrating - I won't give up, but Im not getting anywhere it seems like - I eat healthy - yes I fall off the wagon a few times, but feel like I work out and eat healthy and still nothing changes! I might lose one pound but gain three back! ugh!!!
