the first 30 or so pounds i didnt feel like I had changed even a little bit but in reality I had it just wasnt that noticeable.. dont let it unmotivate you cuz trust me you will get to the point where everything starts getting to big on you and you go wow even tho i dont think I look like ive lost any weight you have!!…

thank you everyone!! Ive just been eating right and exercising.. and it keeps coming off every week.. oh ya and drinking lots of water!! Im very proud of myself because I never thought I could do it =) but im doing it and I will get to where I am comfortable with myself I know its going to take time but it WILL happen =)

melatonin is not a disease. it is a hormone found in the brain that regulates sleep.. you can buy a supplement at the store to help you sleep

its a toss up between Pearl Jam and ZZ Top.. because Pearl Jam was awesome but I def thought it was great to see ZZ Top live!!

ya i usually only weigh myself on mondays but sometimes i cheat and weigh myself during the week.. I havent done anything diff or ate over my calories but the scale said I was 1.5lbs more.. it was a little frustrating but im glad im not crazy!! lol

maybe they feel like they may offend you in some way if they make any comment about your weight... but I wouldnt let it discourage you.. if you have lost all the weight you have already then you know you are doing an awesome job! so keep up the good work and people will begin to notice =)
