    Definite change. Keep up the good work.

    Don't be surprised when folks don't say anything to you early on... There are a variety of reasons for that. Not the least of which is that some folks don't feel comfortable talking to people about things such as weight, age and such. That being said, as you progress they will realize that you are definitely into this for real and will eventually mention it. Don't be discouraged. You are doing this for you, primarily anyway.

    can I ask how you lost that much in a month and a half. Cause I only have lost 19 pds in 2 months and am not losing anymore and its been another 2 months and staying at 19 pds lost.

    Remember tho dont feel down if ppl around you dont notice a change in you, as if they see you all the time, they aint gonna, but if you dont see someone for a week or 2 then maybe they will... congrats tho and keep it up :) x
