Before such an intense workout, you need to add more carbs which is like gas for the car to run. Have something for then the oatmeal. Maybe add an banana and the yogart. It happened to me too and the extra food made me work harder

I'm not an expert but if you eat too many calories, your body will hold on to everything since it thinks your starving. It will be counterproductive. great work on the exercise and hard work

I hear how hard you are suffering. You have come so far and you can still stay on track with just diet. My hubby has severe back pains and he has lost a lot of weight with just diet. He gets back with exercise whenever he can.

You sound like me. I eat everything not nailed down. I tried eating an apple on way home to fill myself but I know its stress eating. I actually try to eat less during day so that I can eat more when Im home. If you get any ideas share!! add me as friend
