I put down that I want to loss a lb a week and it was calculated that i eat 1500 calories a day but if I work out and burn 500 calories. Do I eat the 1500 calories or do I eat more calories. I just went to a new trainer and he tole me no snacking, even on fruits and arrots. Three meals only to make up 1500 a day. I went from eating 5-6 mini meals to three. What d you guys think?

too many calories left
I had over 900 calories left for my day because I had worked out and earned them. How much left over is counteractive? I dont wan my body to store. I ate a lot and I definitely wasn't starving.
