If your hydrated and have nutrients maybe you simply need some sleep. For me, those are the only 3 causes for lack of energy. Some days I can do everything right but feel like falling asleep walking and if i really think about it usually my sleep will have been compromised in quality or quantity somewhere along the line.0

I have always had the same issue with working out, which is why I used to avoid it. I feel exhausted and like I need to eat the pantry after I work out, and it takes a lot of self-control not to take a nap afterwards. I have started trying to work out before I have to go somewhere, or before I go to work. This has kind of helped me keep moving so the initial post-workout exhaustion goes away.0
