I am working mom that need to find friends. I am a RN that work long days and then I cant stop eating after work. I need ideas to stay on plan

    I'm registered. The corner store has a what they call 'bounced check' of mine taped to the register with "Do not accept" written all over it.

    I am a RN and I do 12 hour shifts. My commute one way is 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have four kids at home and I know how you feel. Trying to improve the way you eat can be difficult. The best thing for me is to take me some healthy snacks to work and eat them through out the day. I work on a very busy telemetry floor so getting a full break and lunch is very difficult. I have gotten to the point where I take my breaks!!! Even if I only take 5 minutes (a few times a shift) to eat some fruit and a cup of greek yogurt or a nutri grain bar (special k bar, fiber one, etc.). I mainly drink water with all my meals.
